1. Individual Reflection (15 mins)
Individuals to reflect on their last ICT. Which roles / appointments were causing friction or had the potential for friction / misunderstanding as a result of 3-party involvement and overlapping of responsibility?
E.g. Role Ambiguity is a potential cause of friction/ misunderstanding. Individuals to map out specific issues affecting such 3-party connections. “Love triangle” is the term used to describe the potential conflict of 3 parties over an identified issue.
Example
CSM receives differing instructions from both S1 and his OC. Who should he listen to?
2. Small Group Discussion (20 mins)
Groups should be organised along functional groups (e.g. OCs, CSMs). Each group /individual to identify 3 top love triangles, to elaborate on the issue and how it may be better managed.
3. Large Group Presentation & Debrief (25 mins)
Each small group to present their top 3 love triangles to the large group presentation.
CO to conduct debrief.
CO to clarify and establish norms.
Objective:
To further clarify expectations for various functional roles
