Conduct of Exercise
Instruction:
Take 5 min to think and note down the individual answers for the following questions: “As you review your time in your unit, share the high points where you felt most engaged and a deep sense of connection with the work you do, a time where you felt the Unit was at its best in living out its mission.” “What are the opportunities presented in this change in command?”
Get into pairs and take turns to interview each other based on the 2 questions (10 min each)
After sharing, get them into 2 small groups to share the views (appoint a writer to jot down the points on the flip chart) (20 min)
Allow team to share their collected views (15 min)
CO will address concerns and clarify doubts and provide his feedback, provide direction where it is unclear or to arbitrate where there are conflicting views (30min)
Deliverables: list of Unit’s ICT high points (to serve as energisers and as a reference point for the Vision)
